Meet the team
Arthur Beverly
Having once been a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Arthur joined the Financial Services industry in 1986 and formed Arthur Beverly Financial Management in 1995. As an Independent Financial Adviser, Arthur has built a successful company based in Milngavie on the outskirts of Glasgow.
Arthur enjoys the company of his family and he and his son are keen on most sports, although Arthur, nowadays, from a more sedentary point of view! As well as being a keen photographer, Arthur particularly enjoys entertaining, especially with friends gathered round the barbeque.
Jean Beverly
Having devoted the first five years or so of her son’s life to bringing him up, Jean joined the company in 1995. She is now an indispensable member of the team, attending to all the accounting, compliance procedures and administrative duties that invariably come with success.
In her spare time, Jean enjoys the theatre and going for Sunday lunches with her female friends. She also enjoys entertaining and is particularly happy for Arthur to be in full control of the barbeque.
Steven Deans
Steven joined the company in November 2002 having spend some time prior to this with the Clydesdale Bank. Steven is responsible for research of Life and Health Assurance products and keeps us all right when we have problems with the computers!
Steven is particularly keen on martial arts in general and Shoto Budo in particular. He also keeps himself fit with regular visits to the gym.
Margaret Cromar
Margaret joined the company in October 2007 having previously been with the Prudential and Commercial Union (now Aviva). Margaret looks after all the research and preparation of Reports in respect of the Pension Performance Review as well as controlling Arthur’s diary and organising the telemarketing team.
Margaret devotes much of her time to her two young boys and when she has the opportunity, she particularly enjoys reading. She also enjoys eating out.
